Diana Slobodian '26 is a first-generation, first-year Master of Public Administration Candidate at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), concentrating on International Security Policy (ISP) with a concentration in International Conflict Resolution (ICR). Before coming to SIPA, she worked at KPMG as a State and Local Government Associate, where she was involved with a variety of state government and healthcare clients working on service delivery.
She graduated from the University at Albany (SUNY), where she majored in Public Policy and Administration, and minored in Law and Philosophy. As an undergraduate, Diana was the President of Phi Alpha Delta, Pre-Law International Fraternity. She held a variety of internships before coming to SIPA, from working at the Office of the NYS Attorney General, to working as a Law Clerk, to working as a Political and Legislative Intern for the Civil Service Employees Association. During the summers, Diana worked across K-12 classrooms in the Schenectady School District as an Art Specialist.
In her free time, Diana enjoys traveling, photography, cooking, and pilates. She is excited to meet with students who are looking to come to SIPA and talk about her positive experiences so far.
