Limon Rodriguez has several years of experience working at the World Bank in Washington, DC; the UNDP Human Development Report Office and Bureau for Development Policy, UN Women, and the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs in New York; the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (Trade Policy Section) in Bangkok; the Asian Development Bank (Economics and Research Department) in Manila; and Accenture in Singapore and Manila.
At the World Bank, he works at the intersection of international labor mobility and human capital development. As a development economist, he has published research on migration, gender, digital development, fragility, and education, and has traveled to nearly fifty countries in Asia and the Pacific, Africa, North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Limon earned his doctorate in development economics from Johns Hopkins University. He obtained double master’s degrees in public policy and public administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and the National University of Singapore Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
