Personal Details

Lisa Chung is a member of the senior leadership team in the Markets Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY). She is the Director of Foreign Exchange and Global Rates, responsible for managing the central bank liquidity swap lines and executing U.S. foreign exchange-related activities on behalf of the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury. Lisa has held various roles in the Markets Group since joining the FRBNY in 2008, including as Chief of Staff to the Manager of the System Open Market Account (SOMA) and Associate Director of Foreign Reserves Management (FRM), responsible for investing the U.S. foreign currency reserves.
