Priscilla Chan ’27 is a Master of International Affairs student at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), concentrating in Technology Policy and Innovation.

Before joining SIPA, Priscilla worked as an Equity Capital Markets Associate at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and New York, executing equity transactions across Asia and the U.S. Her experience navigating global financial markets and cross-border dynamics inspires her to explore the intricate relationship between politics and markets. Having helped multiple technology companies go public and raise funds, she aspires to leverage digital innovation to promote transparency and public good.

Originally from Hong Kong where East meets West, Priscilla has a deep passion for cultural exchange. She enjoys movies, arts, and calligraphy, and has been practicing Chinese calligraphy for over a decade now.
