Personal Details

Veronica Olazabal is the Managing Director of Measurement, Evaluation and Organizational Performance at The Rockefeller Foundation, and is an award-winning M&E executive with a portfolio ranging 20 years, four continents and numerous global agencies including the MasterCard Foundation. With a Bachelors in Communications and a Masters in Policy and Planning, Veronica has served on a number of advisory boards and councils, including most recently with the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA), World Bank’s Center for Learning on Evaluation and Results (CLEAR), International Food and Agricultural Development Fund (IFAD), and the Global Impact Investors Network (GIIN). Veronica has also recently been elected as the incoming President of the American Evaluation Association (AEA). In addition, she has published on impact measurement and evaluation in journals including the American Journal of Evaluation as well as  the Stanford Social Innovation Review  and contributed a chapter on measurement in the Global Handbook of Impact investing published by Wiley (2020).
