Vibhav Prasad

Vibhav Prasad is an executive with over 25 years of experience in product management and operations with SaaS, technology, financial services, and e-commerce companies. He is an Operating Advisor at Spotlight Equity Partners, bringing product management and operations expertise to its portfolio companies. He is also a co-founder of Reboot Ventures, a B2B SaaS consultancy.

Before that, he was co-CEO and co-founder of CreateMe, a robotics apparel manufacturing and customization platform. Starting his career at Accenture, he founded CourtLink, a company that enabled electronic access to court documents and data, acquired by LexisNexis. He subsequently led pricing and analytics at Duane Reade which was later acquired by Walgreens. At 1-800-Flowers.com, he had P&L responsibility for the $500M eCommerce storefront. He was Chief Operating Officer of Group Commerce, an e-commerce platform for media companies later acquired by Blackhawk Networks. At Mastercard, he led global product management for MasterPass, Mastercard’s digital wallet offering to over 100 countries. He later led the monetization of Mastercard’s transactional data with Mastercard’s retail & commerce clients. He was also an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at Pace University.

Vib is an avid traveler who aims to visit 100 countries (he’s at 61 so far!). In addition to travel, he enjoys talking about and driving cars. He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is based in New York.
