Remembering Amitha Sundararaj MPA-EPM '16

The SIPA community mourns Amitha Sundararaj, a 2016 graduate of the MPA in Economic Policy Management Program, who died in an automobile accident in Sri Lanka on September 2, 2020. Amitha worked as an economist at the International Monetary Fund and had previously held positions at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. She is remembered by her classmates as a leader committed to improving the world and the lives of those in most need and someone who pursued these convictions in her life and work.
