Spring 2010

The Policy Department of the Innocence Project is interested in developing a means to express and present its policy data and accomplishments for both internal and external audiences. This system should include ways to measure both tangible accomplishments (instituted reforms, court decisions, new legislation, etc.), as well as less discernable and more difficult to quantify and communicate accomplishments, such as new committee meetings, grassroots mobilization, and increased momentum during the legislative process. The Capstone team developed new and improved techniques for presenting and communicate this information in a clear and concise manner to the Innocence Project’s internal staff, Board of Directors as well as funders and the public atlarge.
