Crowdsourcing Diplomacy and Foreign Policy in a Digital World

For this project, a team of SIPA students collaborated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo and Arbolis Consultants to provide a strategic advice on how to improve Kosovo’s digital diplomacy efforts and online presence. The team reviewed existing literature on digital diplomacy, assessed current e-diplomacy activities in Kosovo, and provided recommendations on how to improve them.
