Developing a High-Impact Executive Program for Entrepreneurs in Morocco

Endeavor, a leading organization in promoting and supporting high impact entrepreneurs around the world, recently began operations in Morocco with the aim to create a High Impact Executive Program to support high-impact entrepreneurs in Morocco. The SIPA team was asked to design this program and prepare an initial plan, which would provide Moroccan entrepreneurs with tools and knowledge to help scale up their businesses. The team researched comparable programs to identify best practices, interviewed leading experts in high impact entrepreneurship including Moroccan entrepreneurs and provided recommendations to the client.
