Semester

Spring 2008

The Law and Development Association (LADA) established in 1996 the Adult Paralegal Program (APP) that provides free legal assistance and promotes human rights in rural areas of the Southern Province of Zambia. An assessment of APP conducted last year identified weaknesses in communication, reporting and monitoring. The objective of the workshop was to develop a participatory and user‐friendly monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system for APP. To develop the M&E system, the team conducted two field visits, external research and background interviews.
