Evaluating Economic Insertion Programming for Colombia’s Vulnerable and Poor

 

Caja de Compensación Familiar de Antioquia (COMFAMA) is a private, autonomous social enterprise recognized by the state, which reaches more than 3.2 million people annually, who benefit from social services like education, housing, credit, health, and recreation provided by COMFAMA.  The objective of the workshop was to contribute to the process of socioeconomic stabilization for displaced populations in the cities and municipalities of Valle de Aburrá. The team analyzed the model of productive insertion of the vulnerable population and made recommendations.
