Gearing Up to Transform More Lives: Formative Evaluation of a Holistic Training Program in Vietnam

This workshop project was an evaluation study of KOTO (Know One Teach One), a social enterprise that offers vocational training to disadvantaged youth in Vietnam and prepares them for careers in the hospitality industry. The SIPA team evaluated the design and implementation of KOTO’s training program and outlined monitoring and evaluation framework to help KOTO strengthen their impact.
