Identifying Policies and Practices to Keep Women in the Workforce and Stem the Hidden Brain Drain
The objective of this project was to create a mechanism to evaluate and measure the utilization and impact of corporate policies and practices. This mechanism would constitute a model to demonstrate whether and how companies are fully realizing the talents of workers. The aim was to construct a portrait of the relationships between cutting-edge companies and the professionals they employ. The intended audience was the Hidden Brain Drain Task Force, but at some later stage it might serve as the basis for a self-diagnostic tool kit for other enterprises.
