From Vision to Practice: Informing Industrial Upgrading in Rwanda

This project is a compilation of case studies that investigates industrial policy implementation across a diverse array of country contexts. The cases illustrate a broad range of policy mechanisms and objectives that have yielded varying degrees of success. The aim in presenting these case studies was to draw out practical lessons that may be useful to the government of Rwanda as it pursues its goal of becoming a knowledge-based economy by the year 2020.
