Rate Card: AV Support for Events 1516
1516 IAB Conference Room
This conference room seats 30. Users must make room reservation in EMS, and then submit an AV request online for the event. Scheduling a consultation at least 5 business days in advance is required of the event. SIPA AV staff will review the request and send a confirmation for a standard event. This room is restricted for use by IGP, and the Executive Staff at SIPA. Kellogg business office may approve use of this conference room for other SIPA units. These requests are billable.
Standard AV setup includes the use of TV for PowerPoint and video presentations, PC/personal laptop, and ceiling microphones. The room is equipped with a Camera for Video Conferencing. An AV technician will set up the event only.
AV cost of support for all other SIPA units approved to use are as follows:
